Because each piece is a time-intensive, personalized work of art, I do ask for payment upfront for custom orders. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, please let me know, and we’ll discuss options. However, because of the custom nature and the hours involved, I generally can’t offer refunds once the piece is completed. If there are small adjustments we can make, I’m happy to chat about them, but the final piece is considered a finished, one-of-a-kind artwork. Thank you for your understanding!
