We accept returns postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached. Items that are returned with obvious use, makeup or deodorant stains, perfume smells, cigarette smoke, body odor etc. will be subject to rejection.

We do not allow returns or exchanges on Sale Items over 25% off, bodysuits, swimsuits, or Accessories (jewelry, scarves, hair accessories, hats, handbags, seasonal items, bralettes, shoes, etc.)

Refunds are issued in the form of an online store credit. Refunds can not be issued to original form of payment at this time.

 All items must be mailed back to Ember + Grace Boutique or returned to our store with your invoice or receipt from email/text. Returns must be postmarked or returned in person to our storefront within 14 days of the delivery date.  If returning IN STORE, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days and refund will be issued as store credit.  

Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.  Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return does not meet the above criteria, do not attempt to return it, as it will be rejected. Cost of the re-shipping of a rejected item will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received your return, please allow for a 3-5 day processing window. You will receive an email confirming your return request, its process, and your credit once your order has been processed and your credit applied.

If you have RECEIVED a damaged item, please email us at with "Damaged Item" in the Subject Line.  Please include your order number and the Item name of the damaged item.   Also, attach a picture of the damage with TAGS ATTACHED so that we can assess the damage and the next steps to take.  Do NOT attempt to return a damaged item without tags attached.  We are not responsible for damages caused by wash or wear of your item.  Please follow all Care Instructions on the inner tag of your clothing.



To return items, please ensure that the above criteria is met. After verifying, email us at with the subject RETURN.  We will send the address to ship to.  Please DO NOT ship to our store front as USPS does not deliver mail in store and our mailbox does not support packages.  Please ship your return in either its original package or packaged so that it will not get damaged in shipment.  Items damaged in shipment will not qualify for returns.  We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in-transit to us.

Once your return is packaged and ready to ship take your package to your local USPS post office to ship.

Please allow 24 hours for us to respond to emails.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. After your return is processed you will receive an email with a store credit and any applicable taxes and directions on how to obtain that credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be taken out of the amount returned to your original form of payment.



Make sure your return meets all of the criteria above.  If so, bring in the item you wish to return with your original invoice and the item you'd like to return.  Please let us know the reason for the return.  Our staff will inspect the item before you leave to ensure that it meets our return requirements.  If so, we will process your return in 3-5 days and refund the amount to store credit.
