•Shipping Info

-Shipping and handling is flat rate $6.99. Spend $100 and get shipping on us! For shoe returns, you must pay for shipping to be eligible for a return. IF you opt for free shipping with shoes, we will deduct the shipping charge from your credit upon return.

-Your items will ship within 5-7 business days but we strive to ship in under 5 if possible. But please understand that I (Lindsey, owner of E+G) order, sell, package, and ship solo right now so it is very common for me to get backed up. Please note weekends and Federal Holidays are not included in this timeline. If you have any questions about your order please email us at egcustomsboutique@gmail.com

-Currently we offer local pickup for customers that are able to pickup in Maumelle, AR.

Hey Friend! I’m so glad you’re here checking out Ember + Grace, or E+G as I like to call it! Here is everything you need to know.

My name is Lindsey and I founded E+G in 2017 as a place to find affordable yet still trendy outfits. I carefully select items that will have you looking stylish, feeling comfortable, and provide you with overall satisfaction based on look, quality, and price.

My husband, Brent, encouraged me to pursue this dream and I couldn’t have done it without his support! Brent is a small business owner himself and I am so thankful to have him to constantly bounce ideas off of. He often has to tell me to slow down and accomplish one goal at a time 🤣. I am one of those people that thinks of something and wants to implement it immediately, and sometimes that’s not the best idea!!

Our little blessings, Riggs and Rowan, were born in March of 2019 and September of 2021. They are my WHY! I am so blessed to keep them as much as possible during the day while I work E+G. They loves momma’s attention, so it isn’t always easy but it’s been the best thing that’s ever happened to me. They encourages us to be and do better every day.

2024 UPDATE: STARTING IN AUGUST 2024 I AM GOING BACK TO THE CLASSROOM! I WILL BE TEACHING ART AND AM SUPER EXCITED ABOUT THIS NEW OPPORTUNITY. Policies

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

We accept returns postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached. Items that are returned with obvious use, makeup or deodorant stains, perfume smells, cigarette smoke, body odor etc. will be subject to rejection.

We do not allow returns or exchanges on Sale Items over 25% off, bodysuits, swimsuits, or Accessories (jewelry, scarves, hair accessories, hats, handbags, seasonal items, bralettes, shoes, etc.)

Refunds are issued in the form of an online store credit. Refunds can not be issued to original form of payment at this time.

Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.  Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return does not meet the above criteria, do not attempt to return it, as it will be rejected. Cost of the re-shipping of a rejected item will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received your return, please allow for a 3-5 day processing window. You will receive an email confirming your return request, its process, and your credit once your order has been processed and your credit applied.

If you have RECEIVED a damaged item, please email us at egcustomsboutique@gmail.com with "Damaged Item" in the Subject Line.  Please include your order number and the Item name of the damaged item.   Also, attach a picture of the damage with TAGS ATTACHED so that we can assess the damage and the next steps to take.  Do NOT attempt to return a damaged item without tags attached.  We are not responsible for damages caused by wash or wear of your item.  Please follow all Care Instructions on the inner tag of your clothing.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM TO BE SHIPPED?:

To return items, please ensure that the above criteria is met. After verifying, email us at customs Boutique@gmail.com with the subject RETURN.  We will send the address to ship to.   Please ship your return in either its original package or packaged so that it will not get damaged in shipment.  Items damaged in shipment will not qualify for returns.  We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in-transit to us.

Once your return is packaged and ready to ship take your package to your local USPS post office to ship.

Please allow 24 hours for us to respond to emails.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. After your return is processed you will receive an email with a store credit and any applicable taxes and directions on how to obtain that credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be taken out of the amount returned to your original form of payment.

-SHOES: Shoes are final sale unless you pay for the $7.99 flat rate shipping fee. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.  If you paid the returnable shipping rate, you must still follow return policy (above). If you opt for free shipping, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your store credit.


-We are not responsible for lost packages. Once you have a tracking number, it is in the hands of the postal service. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. We ship to the address associated with your account so please check this before checking out.
